Crisis Ministries exists to provide safety and shelter from the elements, as well as life on the streets. Extreme heat can be dangerous for those without shelter. When the heat index is forecast to be above 90 degrees, we open more areas of our facility for our guests to escape the heat. We also make sure there is plenty of water and gatorade available for everyone to stay hydrated.
Crisis Ministries provides food, shelter and hope to Charleston's most vulnerable citizens. This could not be possible without the support of the community. Donate now and be part of the solution to end homelessness one person at a time, one family at a time.Learn more
